: How to prepare
First, you need to grind the calf’s liver (make sure you use the liver of a calf, not an adult cow) into the flour.
We have added spices to it, roll it
We add these spices to the flour for flavor
Then we set aside the floured livers
Heat a large cast iron pan over medium heat.
We add a teaspoon of semolina or butter
Fry the onions until they become translucent (for 2 minutes).
We remove the onions with a spatula (to drain their oil) and put them aside in a plate
Add the remaining 2 teaspoons of butter or butter to the pan
Put the pieces of calf liver into the pan
Continue frying until both sides of the livers are brown.
Then add fried onion and tomato sauce and serve
