: How to prepare
First, we grate the garlic and fry it with a little oil in a suitable pan until the aroma of the garlic rises. Note that garlic burns very quickly and should not be fried too much.
At this stage, we add salt, black pepper and paprika to the garlic and fry the ingredients for another minute until they are combined. Then we add the tomato paste and fry for a few minutes until the raw taste of the tomato paste is taken.
After roasting the tomato paste, leave the pan on the heat until the ingredients cool down.
At this stage, we cut the chicken breast or fillet into grilled chicken and put it in a suitable bowl. Next, chop the bell peppers coarsely and add them to the bowl containing the chicken meat.Now we add condensed yogurt along with sour lemon juice, flour and liquid oil, and after the roasted ingredients have cooled down, we add them to the bowl and stir the ingredients with our hands until they are completely combined. be combined
If desired, we can add a little parsley or dry dill to the flavoring ingredients of the grilled chicken, which is optional. Now we cover the bowl with cellophane and put it in the refrigerator overnight for the chicken meat to taste well.
After the chicken has rested well, take it out of the refrigerator and skewer it, then grill it on the fire.
