labneh cheese …………… 50 gr

Fish fillet …………. 200 gr

(ringed) onion ………… 2

Diced tomato …………… 1

(ringed) red pepper …………. 1

(ringed) green pepper ………… 1

Rice ………… 1 cup

Vegetable oil …………. 1 tsp.

(grated) fresh ginger ………. 1 tsp.

Cumin …………. 1 tsp.

(chopped) garlic ………. 1 clove

Saffron …………. ½ tsp.

Jinoo tomato paste …………. 1 tbsp

Fry the onions in a pan until soft. Then add sweet pepper and fry.
Add paste, cumin, saffron and ginger. Place the fish fillet on the fried vegetables.
Pour the vegetable extract into the blender and mix. Pour the mixture of vegetable extract and cheese along with the spices on the rice and cook it for 20 minutes on medium heat.

For fish sauce:
Fry ginger, green pepper and red pepper together.
Then add tomatoes and some vegetable juice to it.
Cook these ingredients together for 5 minutes, now pour them into the blender along with the cheeses and mix.
Return the sauce to the pan, sprinkle a little salt and cumin on it and heat again for 5 minutes.

We boil the rice and put it next to the fish and serve it.
