Cumin (powdered) …………… 1 tbsp.

Black pepper (powdered)

Coriander leaves (chopped) ……… 1 handful

Flour …………… about 1 cup

Oil

Hot tomato sauce …………. 5 tbsp

Cook potatoes in water until soft
Then peel and grate them and add salt, black pepper and cumin
Add eggs, garlic and chopped coriander leaves and mix the ingredients well. (a little hot sauce can also be added)Separate balls from the obtained mixture and spread them in your palm and roll them in flour
Heat the oil in a suitable pan and fry the makudas in the hot oil until golden
Place the makudas on paper towels to absorb excess oil, then pour the makudas into the hot sauce and serve
