Garlic puree: ½ tbsp

Zucchini: 1 cup

Rinsed pasta: 1 ½ cup

Eggplant: 1

tomato paste: 2 tbsp

: How to prepare
Pour oil into separate pans and put on heat and put the pumpkin in the pan.
Put bell pepper in another pan.
Put the eggplants in another pan and put it on the heat.
Sprinkle salt and black pepper on the roasting vegetables.Put a large pot on the heat and pour oil into it and fry the garlic puree in the oil.
Fry tomato paste with puree.
