Cook the peas until soft (you can also use canned peas). Soak the beans the night before, put the soaked beans in a pot with a few glasses of water and cook until soft.Put cooked peas, cooked beans, garlic, lemon juice, 1/6 glass of boiling water, cumin, some salt and pepper into the mixer and beat until smooth. Then add olive oil little by little and mix slowly (add olive oil while the machine is still mixing the ingredients). Put the hummus in a dish and garnish with some olive oil and chopped parsley and serve
