Egg: 1
Onion: 1
Ground walnut: 1 tbsp
Barbery: 1-2 tbsp
Vinegar: 2 tbsp
Chickpea flour
Vegetables: 2 tbsp

: How to prepare
You cook the rice half way so that the rice water evaporates completely (with the lid open) and then you turn off the heat. Note that the amount of water is one and a half times the amount of rice, but this time the rice does not boil. Let it cool a little.
Slice the onion, fry it with walnuts and barberry, add salt and turmeric.
Mix rice, minced meat, vegetables, eggs, chickpea flour, salt, pepper and turmeric in a separate bowl and knead it with your hands.
And the method is to pour some of the hot onion and walnut mixture. Now bring the edges of the meatballs together and make them oval or round so that the hot onion and walnuts are in the middle of the meatball.
Now in a pot or deep pan that is Teflon and non-stick!! Pour some oil and fry the meatballs on both sides.
Now add 1 to 2 glasses of boiling water with vinegar according to your taste and a little salt and sugar according to your taste!! Add tomato paste to the water until it becomes smooth. Now pour this liquid over the meatballs while it is simmering and put it in the meatball container until it dries up and the tomato paste liquid becomes saucy!!
