: How to prepare
First, I fried the onion and garlic a little, then I added the mushrooms and bell pepper, and then I fried a little more, then I added the chopped coriander (don’t fry the vegetable too much, so that its properties and aroma are not lost), the little that I fried is a spice. Add salt, pepper, turmeric and when it is fried, add the shrimp (don’t fry the shrimp for more than 10 minutes so that it doesn’t get tough).
And finally, we add green peas, corn, and apples to it and fry it for a minute, then add tomatoes and put it in a pot to cook on low heat for ten minutes.
