At the beginning of the work, we take a pot and put it on the heat with a little oil until it gets hot. Then add the mutton cut into small cubes and fry it
At this stage, when the meat is fried a little and its color changes, we add grated or chopped garlic to it and fry it a little. At this stage, we add spices and salt to it and fry until the smell of spices comes out
Wash and peel the onions and chop them very finely. Then add it to the meat and fry it with the meat. Next, after the onions are fried and golden, we add water to it
We wash the rice in advance and soak it with water and salt 1 hour before. Discard the water and add it to the pot. Finally, we add green peas to the ingredients. We close the lid of the container and let it cook with gentle heat and drain the water
Then we take a small bowl and spread a thousand layers of dough on its bottom. Pour the cooked rice into it. We put the dough additions together and turn the palms. We spread oil paper on the bottom of the oven tray. We put the filled dough on oil paper.
Brush the dough with egg yolk. We put the oven tray in the oven that was preheated to 180 degrees and give it 30 minutes to cook at the same temperature and toast the bread. Then take it out of the oven and put it in a suitable serving dish and decorate it with nuts.
