: How to prepare
After washing and drying the shrimp, we clean it and remove its skin.
Then in a large pan, we add shrimp along with water and let it cook. We add fresh parsley, grated garlic, lemon peel, and red pepper seeds to it to make it taste good.
After the water boils, lower the flame and let it cook for 50 minutes.
After cooking the shrimp, we drain it and throw out the water. We keep a small amount of water for later
In a relatively large pan, add olive oil. After the oil heats up, we add chopped onion and garlic. Then put the gas flame on a gentle heat until the onions and garlic are soft.
After softening, add the onion, shrimp, red pepper, green peas, salt, black pepper and cumin powder and fry well for 2 minutes.
Then we add the amount of water that we kept before to the ingredients. Then increase the flame, after it boils, reduce the flame and keep it on low heat until the ingredients fit well.
