: How to prepare
Put the onion in a pan and fry it with 1 tablespoon of olive oil until light.
Add the meat to the ingredients and fry until the color of the meat changes. Add a spoonful of tomato paste to the ingredients and fry.
Add chili pepper and parsley along with sliced almonds, pomegranate paste, cinnamon powder, coriander seed powder, cumin powder, salt and black pepper to the meat and fry it a little on low heat.
Apply some olive oil on the pita bread (or Tufton bread cut into small pieces) and put the mixture of meat and spices on it. Then cook it on the middle floor of the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 8 minutes.
