: how to prepare
At the beginning of the work, we finely chop the potatoes. Next, we put a pan with some oil on the heat until it gets hot. Now add potatoes to it and fry.
When it is almost fried, we add salt, pepper and turmeric to it. We fry until the aroma of the spices comes out. Then remove from the pan and set aside. Wash and peel the eggplant.Then we cut it into gems and put it in water and salt to remove its bitterness. Take another pan and heat it with a little oil until it gets hot. Drain the eggplants and dry them in a clean towel.Now add to the oil to fry. When the eggplants are fried, take them out of the pan. We wash and peel the onion and chop it into gems and add it to the same pan until it is fried and becomes light and golden.When the onions are fried, grate the garlic and add it and fry. At the end, we add salt, pepper and turmeric to it and fry until the aroma of the spices comes out. Then pour in a bowl.
Add eggplant, fried potatoes and corn to it and mix. Cut pita bread into triangles and fry in oil. Then we prepare the special sauce. For this, we take a bowl and mix chopped parsley, pepper, salt, flour, lemon juice and yogurt until it is uniform
The way to arrange the inside of the dish for serving is as follows: we put fried potatoes and eggplant in the dish. Then we pour a layer of special sauce and finally put Lebanese bread on it. Then we serve.
