Canned golden peas ………. 1 cup

Green fennel …………. 1 tbsp.

: how to prepare 

We soak the beans a day or two before
After putting it inside, we boil it with a little water. As soon as it boils for two minutes, it drains the water and it can be done again
When the water boils, let it cook on low heat for 3-4 hours until it becomes soft.First of cooking, if you add a spoonful of baking soda, it will help soften it
When the beans are cooked, we add the chickpeas to it, then we crush them a little with a pestle
Crush the garlic with fennel and add it to the chickpeas.After adding the garlic, we cook it for a quarter of an hour, when it is well set and becomes less watery, we add lemon juice to it
At the time of serving, add some chopped parsley and olive oil.
