Chili powder ……………. 1.5 tsp.

Salt …………… ¼ tsp.

Black pepper …………. ¼ tsp.

Drumstick …………. 500 gr.

Oil …………. 100 ml.

Cooked black bean ………… 250 gr.

Rojin Canned diced tomato ………… 200 gr.

Canned sweet corn ………. 1 cup

Rice …………. 2/3 cup

cayenne pepper ……… 1/8 tsp.

Grated garlic ………… 2 cloves

 

: How to prepare
In a plastic bag, mix flour, a teaspoon of chili powder, salt and black pepper together. Put the chicken pieces in it. Close the bag and shake it well so that the flour completely adheres to the chickens.
In a large pan, fry the chickens in hot oil on low heat for 10 minutes until they change color. Then remove them from the pan and set aside.

Add canned tomatoes, tomato juice, corn, raw rice, cooked beans, remaining 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, cayenne pepper, and garlic to pan. Stir them well.
Increase the heat until the ingredients boil. Then pour them into a rectangular pyrex pan. Arrange the chicken pieces on it.
Place it in the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 to 50 minutes until they are fully cooked.
