Jinoo’s canned golden chickpea

Olive oil: ½ cup

Chopped parsley: ½ cup

Diced onion: ½ cup

Fresh lemon juice: 1 big

Salt and pepper

: How to prepare
Put the canned chickpeas in the pot on the heat and add a little oil and salt and cook for about a quarter of an hour with a gentle heat, add the diced onion and let it cook for ten minutes.
When the chickpeas are cooked, put them in a blender and puree them. Then add the remaining oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix together.
Garnish the prepared puree with chopped nagini onion and parsley.
