Tiny rice: ¼ cup

Beans: ¼ glass

Aush vegetable: 250 g

: How to prepare
Soak the beans the night before. First, finely chop the onion and fry it. Add the cooked rice and water to the onion.
After a while, we add chickpeas and beans to it. When the chickpeas and beans are soft, we add the greens to it.

We pour the sour plums in another pot and place it on a gentle flame with a glass of water until the plums become soft.
When the plums are ready, add them to the soup ingredients, and add salt and pepper.
Finely chop the onion and fry it. We also fry dry mint. We also fry some turmeric.

Add turmeric and some hot onion to the soup 10 minutes before the end of cooking.
When the soup is ready, you decorate the soup with the remaining hot onion, hot mint, chickpeas, and beans.
