How to prepare: Soak the wheat the night before. Put wheat, beans, and chicken together in a pot and pour about two jugs of boiling water, let it cook together, chop the potatoes, add some vegetables, add peas, pepper, turmeric, and salt with a medium flame until it melts. Once it hardens and becomes watery, after you turn it off and it cools down, add yogurt and crushed garlic to it and pour it on the dish of your choice and serve.
