: How to prepare
Soak soybeans in some water and salt for 20 minutes. After this period, drain and cool water over it.
Press the soybeans in your hand a little so that their water comes out. Now grind them together with onions and put them in a bowl. Add salt, pepper and turmeric and knead well
Break the egg into the hamburger mixture and continue kneading. Add breadcrumbs and corn kernels and mix well.Take the size of a small orange from the burger sauce and shape it into a hamburger.
Make all the ingredients in the same way in the form of a burger and put it in the fridge for half an hour.
After half an hour, fry the burgers in oil and then make a sandwich in the form of hamburger buns and vegetables.

Tip: Turmeric improves the taste of soy in food. If you feel that the burger sauce is a little loose and does not take shape, add another tablespoon of breadcrumbs.
