: How to prepare 

First, soak the chickpeas for a few hours and change the water several times during that time.

Then cook it with some water and salt. When the chickpeas are well cooked, grind them.

Grind the veal or mutton and mix it with peas, onions, and a little turmeric and grind again 2 to 3 times in a meat grinder until it becomes soft and sticky.

Make the resulting dough into small oval shaped meatballs and fry in Kermanshahi oil.
