Salt and pepper: as needed
Liquid oil oil: 1 tablespoon
Thyme powder: 1 teaspoon
Mushrooms: 250 grams
Mayonnaise: 3 tablespoons
White flour: 1 tablespoon
Onion: 1 pc
Chicken breast or thigh: 2 pcs
: How to prepare
Carefully remove the bones from the chicken thighs (note that only the broad part of the chicken thighs is needed for this dish), put the chickens in a bowl.
And add mayonnaise, thyme powder, 1 grated onion, salt and pepper
and mix well with the chicken, then cover the dish and put it in the refrigerator.
Pour 2 tablespoons of oil into the pan and put the pan on the heat until it gets hot, then chop the mushrooms and the remaining 1 onion and pour it into the oil and fry until the water is absorbed.
After the water is drained, add 2 tablespoons of flour, salt and pepper and fry a little and remove from the heat.
Place the chicken thighs in turn on the work surface, pour some mushroom sauce inside each chicken thigh
and collect the chicken meat from around it and fasten it in place with a wooden skewer (if you wrap the chickens well, you don’t need a wooden skewer anymore)
Grease the inside of the oven tray, arrange the chickens in the oven tray and sprinkle salt and pepper on the chickens, then place them in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 1 hour until they are roasted and golden.
