Jinoo’s canned pea: 150 g

Fresh cilantro

Cashew (satueed)

Rice: 2cup

Grated carrot: 1

Turmeric- Gram masala-sumac-salt

Garlic: 1 clove

Chopped green pepper: 1

Slivered white onion: 1

: How to prepare
Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onions with a little salt for five minutes until soft. Then add crushed pepper and garlic and cook for another minute. Add the spices with a little water, stir and cook for another minute or two and add the carrot and stir well until the carrot is well coated with the spices and flavors.Pour the rice, green peas and cashews into the pan, use the back of a spoon to separate the rice pieces and mix with the other ingredients. Close the pan and cook on high heat for five minutes (it is good if a little of the rice sticks to the bottom of the pan to give the dish a little texture)

.Scatter coriander and a few spoons of yogurt on the food and serve directly from the pan.
