 : How to prepare
Peel the eggplant and cut it into rings. Chop the onion and fry it with tomatoes, basil and parsley in olive oil. Add salt, pepper and paste. Pour the lasagna into the boiling water and drain after 10 minutes. Grease the oven tray a little and put a layer of lasagna and then put the ingredients and mozzarella cheese on it, then put it in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees until golden.
